Olori Omolara Temitayo Agunsoye was born in Ilorin, Kwara State on 7 July, 1960 into the family of late Pa Akinola Akintokun of Obarisa compound, Ijebu-Jesa and Mrs Funmilayo Akintokun (Nee Ayowole) of Odogo-Ijesa.
Olori Omolara had her primary education at St. Barnabas School, Ilorin and her Secondary education at Ilorin Grammar School, Ilorin, Kwara State.
Her nursing career started as a Student Nurse in 1978 at the prestigious Lagos State School of Nursing, 1-9 Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos and qualified as a Staff Nurse in 1982. She later qualified as a Staff Nurse Midwife in 1984 in the same nursing complex.
The amiable Olori then proceeded to MediLag Consult, College of Medicine, University of Lagos where she obtained Diploma in Hospital Management. She further obtained her Bachelor of Nursing Science in 2012 at the National Open University of Nigeria.
Olori Omolara Agunsoyestarted working with the Lagos State Health Service Commission and worked in various hospitals inclunding the General Hospital, Lagos, LIMH, Gbagada General Hospital, Ikeja General Hospital, to mention but a few.
She got promoted to the post of Apex Nurse in 2009, and served in that capacity in three hospitals – Ebute Meta Health Centre, General Hospital, Mushin and Isolo General Hospital before retiring statutorily in October 2013 having served humanity diligently for 35 years.

She is a member of the Retired Nurse Administrators Healthcare Initiative.
Olori Omolara Agunsoye is the Founder and President of Olori ‘Lara Agunsoye Foundation (OLAF) – the not-for-profit organisation that cares for the aged, widow, orphan and the vulnerable.
A devote Christian, Olori Omolara Agunsoye attends Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Mushin, Lagos and belongs to the Christian Charity Band. She is also a member of the Young Women Christian Association of the Cathedral of St Matthew’s Church, Ijebu-Jesa.
Olori Omolara Agunsoye was conferred with the Women Achiever Award by the women wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Lagos Chapter.
Olori Omolara got married to her heartrob who was then a prince on 21 December, 1985 at St Matthew’s Church, Ijebu-Jesa. Today, the then prince is the paramount ruler of Egboro kingdom, HRM Oba (Engr.) Moses Oluwafemi Agunsoye, Abikehin-Ekun Agunsoye II, Elegboro of Ijebu-Jesa. The marriage has been peaceful, pleasant and blessed with God-fearing children and grand children.
