The Sky, Cloud, Sun, and Moon, all in unanimity agreed to contribute in adding colour and glamour to the day, Thursday 30th December 2021 where 15 Traditional Rulers joined dignitaries from Business Industry, Top Academia, Government Functionaries, Community Leaders, and Social Elites to witness the installation of the First Sobaloju Oladiran Enang-Fasuyi and Yeye Sobaloju (Dr) Olutoyin Enang-Fasuyi of Egboroland.
The event that shook the social landscape of Ijebu-jesa with the mammoth crowd instantly became the only subject matter of discussion around town.
The intermittent release of traditional gunshots by the town warriors added another dimension of glamour to the Chieftaincy installation.
The Social Train immediately moved to Ilesa for the reception at the residence of Asiwaju and Yeye Asiwaju of Ijesaland.
The two sets of musicians on the bandstand gave a great account of themselves as they entertained guests to a variety of lyrics that complemented inexhaustible bar and kitchen for the day.
Please don’t tell your neighbour that the last set of guests left at the early hours of the second day!
What a memorable day for the Fasuyi Dynasty as two of her own received community recognition, decoration, upliftment, and celebration.
